Short Synopsis: "Jack Falls For Morgan" was inspired by an event hosted by California State University, Northridge entitled "Remixing Pop Culture: Subverting Gender and Sexuality with Remix Videos." Over the past few years, my remix work has largely focused on war and oil. I thought I would make an effort to engage the theme of the CSUN event. This new Jack Nicholson / Morgan Freeman remix is a series of subtle tweaks that embosses the homosexual undertones of "The Bucket List," steering the narrative away from the womanizing that Nicholson's character affirms and espouses throughout the original film. Within the new story, the actors' homosexuality is casual and normalized, devoid of antiquated archetypes such as "the flamboyant hairstylist," "the effeminate fashion guru," etc.
